Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund.
General Policy
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- We provide a prepaid return label, with a flat $10 fee deducted from your refund.
- All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
Any return sent without prior approval or not in the original packaging conditions won't be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your customer account, select your order, and click the "Return Request" button.

We will review your request and send you a return label within one business day.

Use a standard shipping box and include the original packing slip when returning the item.
Please note that your request will be evaluated within 2 business days.
Canada only
We do not provide prepaid return labels for Canadian orders. Instead, we will provide you with the return address, and you are responsible for shipping the item back, including any applicable taxes.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale items (Final Sale, Archive Sale, Black Friday, Special offers, etc ..), Mystery Boxes, Underwear and Socks are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 working days after reception so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees on refused or returned packages are also non-refundable.
